Soloution Based Thinking For Amazon
H2 Advisory conducting workshops on Solution-based thinking for senior teams of Amazon UK in their London offices. A H2 team of leadership specialists engaged with some of Amazon's senior members to understand the 'Amazon Leadership Principles' and provide a psychological approach to bridging the gap between strategic vision and application. Psychologists began with psychometric interviews, assessments and reports, before delivering debriefs with a tailor made interactive workshop to support their managers enhance their understanding and execution of the company's values.
Accelerated Learning Program Intensive Course
The Accelerated Learning Specialists Program was a 4-week intensive course that was delivered to teachers and teacher leaders and education specialists from different international schools. The Program infuses the latest Neuroscience Research methods and strategies of Learning with Psychology. The Modules offered in the Program included Emotional Intelligence, The H2Advisory How2Think, How2Feel, How2Learn and How2Behave Models to light the process of learning itself together with the importance of cross curricular approach to learning to promote lifelong learners who are prepared for life after school.
South Africa Tour
Led by Carl Garner, an international Speaker, Author of Addie the Alien Book Series and creator of Emotional Intelligence Mapping tool the H2 advisory team went on a tour across South Africa. The Awqaf organization hosted the different events in 5 cities across the country. Participants included the South African Ministry of Education representatives, Principals and educational leaders. This tour’s agenda tackled several topics from the importance of Emotional Intelligence for both Adults and children and incorporating multiple intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and Literacy in an Educational context using several models including the Emotional Intelligence Mapping tool and Addie the Alien book Series and introducing our competency based model to support growth and development of the education team to the quality of education offered to every single child. Currently, the Emotional Intelligence Mapping tool, the H2 Advisory best practices model on how to learn and the Addie the Alien book series is readily used in schools across South Africa.
H2 Ambassador Program Induction Seminar
The H2Advisory team introduced the Teacher training Program in the H2 Ambassador Program Induction Seminar to Lead Teachers and Teacher Trainer representatives from a number of International Schools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The H2 teacher training program is a 4-level competency- based program that allows participants to showcase their teaching and learning journey through evidence-based portfolios. The program infuses both psychology and educational theories to create a comprehensive successful environment that allows teachers to experience the learning process on both theoretical, practical and social level. The program is an all-inclusive competency-based development program that advocates collaboration and sharing best practice while cultivating educational leaders from within. The modules include Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Collaboration and Technology-Based Teaching.

Our Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) Specialists were present on the ground throughout the 3-day event to facilitate the activities as well as provide live demonstrations of some of our H2 courses and training programs.
Education Through Neuroscience
A number of international speakers from H2Advisory participated in the Education through Neuroscience Conference Held on 18th of November, 2017 in Riyadh/ Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Carl Garner, an international speaker and creator of the Emotional Intelligence Mapping Tool, delivered a seminar on Emotional Intelligence and Literacy and how to enhance our Emotional Literacy through accurately qualifying our emotions and increasing our emotional lexicon as one of the many applications of the Emotional Intelligence Mapping Tool. The Second Seminar featured Candance Donavan, the only certified Specialists in the region in Dyslexic Thinking Styles from the Davis Learning Strategies. Candace’s Seminar introduced Dyslexia, its different forms as well as the H2Advisory 9-Box

Suad Mohamed, an author, educational leader and mentorship expert approached English as a Second Language in a new light by integrating Emotional Intelligence as means to Efficient learning through a number of Psycho and Physical to shed light on intrinsic motivation and how it links to the successful journey of inclusive education and student led mentorship.
The final Seminar was presented by Adam Taha, a presenter for the young and youth movement. Adam spoke about the importance of guidance and recognition of the young to create fun and interactive learning environments that transitioned into the adult world. Effectively taking complicated models and making them palatable for young minds.
