Led by Carl Garner, an international Speaker, Author of Addie the Alien Book Series and creator of Emotional Intelligence Mapping tool the H2 advisory team went on a tour across South Africa. The Awqaf organization hosted the different events in 5 cities across the country. Participants included the South African Ministry of Education representatives, Principals and educational leaders. This tour’s agenda tackled several topics from the importance of Emotional Intelligence for both Adults and children and incorporating multiple intelligence and Emotional Intelligence and Literacy in an Educational context using several models including the Emotional Intelligence Mapping tool and Addie the Alien book Series and introducing our competency based model to support growth and development of the education team to the quality of education offered to every single child. Currently, the Emotional Intelligence Mapping tool, the H2 Advisory best practices model on how to learn and the Addie the Alien book series is readily used in schools across South Africa.
