The H2Advisory team introduced the Teacher training Program in the H2 Ambassador Program Induction Seminar to Lead Teachers and Teacher Trainer representatives from a number of International Schools in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The H2 teacher training program is a 4-level competency- based program that allows participants to showcase their teaching and learning journey through evidence-based portfolios. The program infuses both psychology and educational theories to create a comprehensive successful environment that allows teachers to experience the learning process on both theoretical, practical and social level. The program is an all-inclusive competency-based development program that advocates collaboration and sharing best practice while cultivating educational leaders from within. The modules include Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Collaboration and Technology-Based Teaching.
